I am really excited that we finally had our social worker visits! Our home study should be written and approved within the next four weeks...then it's just a matter of time before we get "the call."
On a fun note...D and I had a mother daughter date last night. Boy can that girl talk. I am thankful that she feels like she can confide in me and will talk to me about all sorts of stuff. I need to remember that sometimes she just wants to talk and I just need to listen (not always give advice or my two-cents etc.). We had a nice dinner at Tahoe Joe's Steak house (thanks to a gift card & coupon it was super inexpensive). Then today, we went and had more mother-daughter time and had our nails done. I of course also got a pedicure.
