I've also gone on two dates in two weeks!!!! Last week, the girls and I went to dinner and then bowling. I though since I'm such a champ at Wii bowling, my overall bowling skills would be awesome...hmm...I was a tad wrong! So, Wii bowling is fun, but it does absolutely nothing for your skills in real bowling! It was a lot of fun hangin' out with my girlies. The Lord has blessed me abundantly and I am extremely thankful! I also have to give a "shout out" to the most wonderful and capable husband and father around, who took care of things at home while I was off playing. You rock Sean and I heart you, I heart you, I heart you!!!!
This past Friday, my sweetie and I got to take in a movie and get out by ourselves for a couple of hours. What a special treat. We would have enjoyed a nice dinner before hand, but Sean didn't get home from work until a little before the movie started. Instead we picked up our favorite stand-by at TDM (or Tacos de) afterwards and went home to enjoy it.
What's happening in the upcoming week? Sim has a consult with a pediatric surgeon in Santa Barbara regarding his hernia (it's the closest place with anesthesiologist who will work on children), and we will also be going to Monterey to see our wonderful SIL graduate from the Academy. He will be a full-fledged state park ranger!
Spring time fun: decorating eggs with the family (including our SIL's soon-to-be BIL)
Girls date night!
This game was soooo much better than the first one!
