It's been six weeks since my brother, Duane, went home to Jesus.  I miss him sooooo much and long to see him, hear his voice, or receive a text from him. Hmmm...wonder if GOD has a data plan.  Praise the Lord, I have been feeling more like myself again.  I still have PLENTY of moments of deep and overwhelming sadness. I am thankful and praise God for the years I DID have with Duane.  I just miss him sooooo sooooo much:(


The family has been doing well.  Sean has been busy fixing up the house and keeping up with the boys. Dak has moved back home after being on her own for 5 months.  It's been an adjustment for all of us.  Eli is almost done with first grade and still keeps busy with karate.  His belt testing is next week and if he passes, he will be a red belt (an upper belt!) Sime, continues to enjoy preschool and gymnastics.  Praise the Lord, since April 2nd (his last esophageal dilation), he has been able to eat without all the problems that have plagued him since birth.  As for me, I am praying for consistency and reliability at work and with my work schedule.  Although I only work three days-a-week, I have been feeling as though I am missing out on a lot of things with my family.
