Last Saturday we went to the fair and Eli loved all the animals. We could have stayed in the animal area the whole time. He loved watching the horses in the arena. And although during the roping competition I wanted to leave after the first calf was roped (I didn't think the poor little calf was enjoying the experience and therefore I didn't want to watch it for entertainment either) Eli didn't want to budge until all the calves had been roped (yep, I had to sit through 8 more calf ropings)

Elias ended swim lessons this week on a happier note. He is actually swimming on his own (with pool noodles of course). This is a huge improvement from our previous experience--holding on to instructor with death grip. He still wants nothing to do with going under water, but there's always next week:)

I know the quality of this video is awful, but Eli is so funny to watch. We were watching a dance movie and he was showing us his moves. Do we have a future dancer on our hands? This boy's got rhythm!
